Uniform distribution of pulverized coal
Evenly distributes the mixed flow of pulverized coal and gas from the main pipeline to multiple branch pipes (typically 6-35 branches), ensuring consistent coal injection volume at each blast furnace tuyere, with a distribution accuracy of up to ±3%.
Material: Carbon steel main body + wear-resistant alloy/ceramic branch pipe lining to extend service life.
Connection methods: Flanged, butt-welded, or threaded, suitable for DN50-DN150 pipelines.

Working pressure: 0.6-2.5 MPa
Maximum temperature: 80°C

II. Key Application Optimization Points
System layout
Large blast furnaces prioritize the use of dual distributors arranged symmetrically (on both sides of the blast furnace) to minimize branch pipe length differences and improve distribution accuracy.
A vertical section of ≥3.5 m is required before the main pipeline enters the distributor to reduce the impact of pulverized coal inertial segregation.
Performance assurance
Regularly inspect branch pipe wear and replace ceramic lining components.
Avoid throat structure designs (prone to clogging) and opt for vortex mixing-type distributors.

Note: Selection must consider blast furnace scale, coal injection ratio, and spatial constraints. Cone-type distributors have become the mainstream due to their flexible installation and stable accuracy.
